Rasengan

It surely had been a while since Kira last entered these fields, the last time he was here being approximately 15 years ago. He was wandering through domes (or at least the domes he was permitted to go through), wondering which area would be suited best for him. You see, normally, the Head Jonin would be careless as to where he would train (except in crowded areas). However, having received a note recently from the elders, being asked to master a technique known as the "Rasengan", Kira figured it was some sort of extreme jutsu, and so he'd need a completely private area to train it. Albeit, for the past 15 years, Kira's perspectives had really changed, and so he is not as careless as he used to be.

Reading the note given to him by the elders, a step-by-step instruction sheet would be attached to it, allowing the Head Jonin to master this technique to the simplest extent, for he knew now exactly what to do. Positioning his right hand as if he were holding a ball, Kira would use his other hand to begin the chakra-channeling process. He would concentrate chakra through his right arm, forming a ball of chakra in his hand as Kira would use his left hand in a cyclical manner to wildly manipulate the ball. It would add more pressure to it, driving more chakra into the center of the ball as Kira could notice it working quite well. He thought to himself "I've never trained an A-Ranked jutsu this easily before Little did he know, however, he was getting too cocky. Slightly moving his hand, the chakra had faded, and so quite a bit of strength had been thrown to waste. "What a bugger..." Kira thought once more, "And to think I had it going easy on me." It surely was a sad thing to note, noticing on the note itself that there were no instructions on how cautious to be with the Rasengan. Albeit, with his first attempt, Kira had come this far already without failing. He knew exactly how to form the Rasengan, although he could only keep it in a preparation state for now. Despite this, Kira would take time to recuperate. Kira was going to be here for a long time.

Thinking about his previous adventures, Kira had come to realize how great things had been for him. "That Uchiha sure was nice." Kira thought to himself, laughing a bit on the inside while smiling on the outside, "Maybe I should head back to Donzo one of these days and pay a little visit. Who knows? Maybe I'll meet even more people in the process." Kira surely was having a fun time fantasizing at the moment. "To think we completed such a difficult mission in such little time..." Kira continued to smile before thinking of other enjoyable times he had. "Naked volleyball and naked sparring...what were you thinking, Kira?" Kira would chuckle on the outside, just thinking how ridiculous those moments were, although they still remained dear to his heart. "Sakura...hopefully I didn't make you feel too comfortable with that." Kira continued to laugh. Just thinking about the event made him feel as though he should travel back in time and fix the whole event, although this was both mentally and physically impossible for him at the moment. This was 15 years ago, after all. Kira couldn't even tell if Sakura would remember such a moment. Albeit, he continued to fantasize, only until his chakra would be fully replenished.

Thinking even further now, feeling as though his chakra was almost fully replenished, he would remember one more thing (at least for the time being): His meeting with Shiro. Man, was that ever a bust at the beginning. Kira could remember suddenly coming to kiss Lady Shiro on the lips, only to find out that she was already in a relationship (or at least loved someone else). "I wonder if that person knows already..." Kira thought, giggling, "Hopefully not." Having fantasized enough, Kira would once again prepare himself for his current objective: Mastering the Rasengan. Seeing as he would later have to master the derivatives, Kira would try his hardest to master this technique beyond its limits, for records showed that this jutsu had many variants. Preparing the same sequence, Kira would be ready to concentrate more chakra than before into this technique, and bring forth better accuracy, for it seemed to really matter in this jutsu specifically.

Kira would begin to start his second attempt at the jutsu. Showing no doubt, Kira would position himself in the same stance as before, for it was strangely required for the Rasengan to work. Once again forming a small ball of chakra within his hands, Kira would carefully spin the chakra inside, maximizing the chakra within the center of the ball. With this, he would now begin to rotate the Rasengan in a cyclical manner, hoping the technique wouldn't vanish on him again. It was very stressful, not knowing when or maybe so how the technique may fail this time. Albeit, Kira's sub-conscious was still telling him that everything would work out; something that his sub-conscious wouldn't normally tell him while training. From this point, seeing as the ball was shrinking, yet balanced in power, Kira would now perform the instructions known for increasing the technique to its proper state. He would begin spiraling the ball of chakra with his left hand, expelling more chakra from his left hand into the ball of chakra as it would grow. As of now, the ball of chakra would literally be a handful of chakra. Kira's admiration over the technique seemed to really help as of now, seeing as the technique continued to balance itself. "Yes!" Kira thought inside, smiling on the outside as he was truly satisfied with this technique. There was only one step from this point: Thrusting the ball- the hardest point of the training session. Thrusting the hand in which the Rasengan was held, Kira would notice it begin to spiral. Clinching his hands a bit, he could notice the chakra beginning to focus itself in the center, creating stability within the ball of chakra. Kira would begin to dash with it, watching as the air made the technique grow wildly, the Rasengan still spiraling in his hand as he would hit it against an impenetrable wall. Kira could remember using his Financial District card earlier to enhance the walls of this dome, allowing better training sessions for his people. It was quite ironic, however that he would be the first to use this area as a training field. Kira watched as the Rasengan would spread throughout the wall, the Rasengan having the dome rumble a bit as the force from the technique was indeed extreme. Kira felt quite fortunate to be notified of such a technique, especially from the elders: The ones most knowledgeable for the greatest jutsu ever made.

Witnessing this power, Kira could remember revisiting Kuroi and Sakura for the first time in many years. He could remember how techniques were demonstrated, and how much compassion each person had for each other. He could remember Kuroi demonstrating his powers beforehand, an environment of ice once revealing itself. "What an arrogant little boy." Kira thought, "I wonder where he is now. I heard he's married Sakura. What a pervert."
Kira continued to laugh at these thoughts, watching as the flattened Rasengan would vanish in thin air. Kira would recheck the note, noticing how each and every single step was followed properly, and how Kira hardly needed to pay attention to this note to have the Rasengan work. "There has to be a twist to this..." Kira thought once more, "Maybe it lies within its variants." Kira would have an epiphany as told himself this, realizing how he would not only have to put an equivalent of power in these variants as he did with his Rasengan, but train even further so the Rasengan could take on other forms. Sudden forces of grief would fill Kira's core, tiring him out as he continued to think about the work he would have to put into these variants. "So you trust me enough to do all this work for you, elders?" Kira thought a final time (at least until he would start training his variants). Overall, Kira was impressed. Even with S-Ranked techniques, never had he put so much control into a technique, and it was worthwhile. The Rasengan would definitely be handy one day, and Kira would only be eager to find out what's next.

[OOC: I'm just saying that Hira confirmed training the original Rasengan will give me a reserved spot in the Rasengan and Derivatives Checklist. I have no problem with training the derivatives word-by-word, registering them, etc]

I thought you meant reserved as in "reserved". I was simply saying that once the base form is completed then you have the slot and are free to continue training for customs and derivations as you please. In which case you don't need to mention the rasenshuriken on here, just put it up in the creation board for approval and mention that you're using your token for it there. On a note more related to this specific training I'm getting just shy of 1400, 1390-1395, on four different word counters. If you could add in another sentence somewhere I'd be happy to approve the base rasengan training.
