Description: The user creates a large, flat, circular pool of water in front of their opponent. Its surface acts like a mirror, perfectly reflecting the attacking targets. By then hooking onto and rotating the 'mirror' 90° with their staff, the reflections emerge and materialise from the mirror, where they collide with the mirrored targets. As these reflections use the exact same techniques as the enemy regardless of its type except for fire, lightning, and earth, they counter their respective target's attack completely, while repelling them in the process. However, upon impact, the reflections disperse back into water. Jutsu cannot copy jutsu past A rank nor Hiden techniques.

Description: This high leveled technique requires no hand seals but an increadable control and deposit of chakra. The user is able to place their sword onto the water with the blade Sheathed into the water having the sword's hilt stand upright. Then after using the deposited chakra the user is able to draw the sword from the water pulling a giant vortex of water from the body that is fused with the sword for one attack. With this the user is able to attack in one swing with the blade using the force of a tsunami to cripple an opponent, weaker shinobi would die if hit by the force of the technique directly.

Description: The user uses both water and earth to make a huge amount of mud and earth as big as a river. Once made they hurls it at the opponent controlling it like a snake. Once hit, the snake wraps aroiund and hardens imprisoning them.

Type: Ninjutsu

Jutsu Prerequisites: Kunai
Description: To use this jutsu the user must first place three kunai infused with the user's raw chakra around him, about 5 inches from the user. Afther that the user must use a set of 20 hand signs before changing the ground around them. After they have used the last hand sign strings will grab on to the kunai and begin to pump chakra into the ground. After so the ground will begin to rumble and Change to the image that the user wishes for it to change to. Certain images need certain elements to work, As in if the user wishes to create a lake or maybe even an Ocean, one of the elements must be water. Earth is one of the elements needed to use the jutsu in the first place

This seems like it is capable only because of Yagura's great mastery over water release or because of his weapon - since it's not quite illogical for a water jutsu to be able to turn into any other element. So, this will either require a second admin approval, be upgraded to maybe S rank or remove the part where it can copy any jutsu regardless of type. The reason why I say it seems impossible even though it is on the wiki is because the wiki is made up of fan made pages - so that statement of any jutsu seems overestimated.

Is basically Mirror Heaven & Earth Change used by the Sharingan - which isn't possible by normal standards since you can't decipher genjutsu as fast as the sharingan.. Denied unless you convince me it is different.
