Description: The Jin uses it tails to to combine Water and Wind Chakra to slowly form a twisting giant orb of wind and water, like a Bijuu bomb sorta, before releasing it into the atmosphere creating a giant storm, that pelts down sheets of rain and blows 118 mile per hour winds. It effects a 2 square kilometer area around where it was launched. It last till the end of the thread or for 20 post. It also can be renewed. With the storms Water Jutsu becomes stronger by a rank, and Fire jutsu below B-rank get put out. Also visibility is hindered and footings are made slick. Lightning Jutsu becomes superconductive but the wind can cut it if it is ranged.
