Red is collected, reserved to himself. His thoughts being a mystery to all but him, Red has a tendency to be cryptic and unspecific regarding whatever matter he's talking about, sometimes being execively metaphorical. A man of few words, Red keeps almost everything close to his chest and hides (sometimes critical) information from his comrads, prefering to work alone. He is scheming, unscrupulous and pragmatic, completely ignoring concepts such as honor or politeness if they are of detriment to his goal: To maintain peace, and he'll stop at nothing to achieve such, regardless of who he needs to kill. Red is always calm, professional, no-nonsense and clinical in his statements, even under enemy fire.

Red was born as a commoner, from a poor family of merchants. In one particularly harsh winter, both of his parents died from the cold, leaving the young Red to live by himself. Serving his young life as a unremarkable information broker and bokkeeper for the criminal world, he learned how to deal with logistics and numbers like no other. Until a certain day; Red, using his information gained from years of bokkeeping for the city's most criminal elements, brought the criminal world to its knees by cooperating with the authorities and using all the information to throw one mob boss against the other, thus eliminating some of the biggest crime families in the land. When confronted by one of the ashtonished mob bosses, his answer was "For the good of the realm.". He faked his death and went into hiding, allowing this tale to be forgotten. For his efforts, Red was appointed as a member of ANBU.
All of the past of the man known as Red was erased the moment he entered ANBU, as per his own request. His original name, homeland, and possible family ties erased with it, from that point onwards he was only Red.
Ever since entering the ANBU, Red became a faithful and loyal member of the ANBU Corps, exceeding at espionage, cloak-and-dagger and counter-insurgency in specific, becoming a well-respected leader and military figure amongst the ranks. Working on the Sora espionage ring for decades, he orchestrated many foreign operations in the Donzo-Raiu conflict.
He eventually caught wind of a conspiracy to kill the Sokage, and after stopping it with ruthless efficiency, he was appointed as the ANBU Captain of the city for his efforts. Now, the Man with No Past faces a dark future ahead of him.

Where it says "Character Name" you're supposed to replace that with your character name.
Stat strengths and weaknesses. like endurance, need a percentage. Up to 30%.
History, age, etc. can't be left incomplete like that. Even if records were erased, he still has a past and an identity under the mask. The app should show that.
Sound-based genjutsu is banned.
Paralyzing Hit looks like a jyuuken technique. You'd have to be a Hyuuga for that.
If the face claim is an original artwork, say so and credit the artist if possible.

Channeling large amounts of chakra into the fists to enhance strength, like the Bone Breaker, is a form of Chakra-enhanced strength. It's a limited ability that requires Taijutsu as a main.
Fix the extra spacing and broken tags.
