Talon was born into a clan of weapon masters. Their talent to manipulate the mass and density of their weapons to create extra blades or even protrusions to block an attack in the midst of battle made them feared by many. His father, the clan head at the time, raised him to be especially skilled with his chosen weapon. Talon had always found a unique fascination with the scythe, always practicing and honing his skills whenever possible. When he was 6 he began his conditioning training in order to strengthen himself so he could wield heavier weapons to take advantage of his clan. When he was 12 he was given his first scythe to train with and he never stopped from their. He practiced for years, learning to master his clans scythe techniques. On his 18th birthday his father crafted for him, a magnificent scythe that felt like Talons other half. Soon after however his father died. He never knew his mother, and with him too young to properly care for the clan, they drifted apart. Now Talon trains and fights to one day reunite his clan under him so that he can lead them into a new generation of battling.

A mental weakness like a short temper doesn't balance out a jutsu boost.
If the face claim is an original artwork, say so.
He's a taijutsu spec, but all of his jutsu are ninjutsu or medical ninjutsu. Especially at lower levels, your starting jutsu need to be in your spec.

A mental weakness still doesn't balance out a jutsu boost. If you're going to make the weakness a stat thing, it should be given a number too.
