Description: The summon splits the chakra cost and the summoner forms the handsigns. The Summon and Summoner merge into a hybrid penguin-human that allows the summoner to swim thought he water at much greater speed than a they could holding onto the summon. It also allows them to survive in extreme cold weather, as well as the take advantage of the penguin's sharp almost steel like wings and beak when fighting underwater as well. The draw back is that they must fight off the animal instants and dispel the justu after 6 hours or run the risk of it being permanent. They can dispel the justu by releasing a small pulse of chakra though their system.
