The Keukage strolled into the arena, getting a good look at his surroundings. It was a pretty open space. That was good and bad. It didn't give him much cover, but there wouldn't be as many places for his opponent to hide. His knives and swords hung under his coat, hidden from sight.

Across from him was a man he didn't recognize. Long hair, a tired expression. Seemed to be the aging prettyboy type. He wasn't sure who the man was, but to be matched against a kage he was either a formidable opponent or the organizers were having a laugh. Vox couldn't afford to be careless. He took his usual grappling stance, watching for a response from his opponent. He hoped he could handle this with just taijutsu. When the swords came out, things always got ugly.

The wandering wind god came into the area and stood near the edge of the arena housing his usual tired expression. His black hair covered his eyes although they were closed to begin with, yet everything was already seen. A small gust of wind blew by him as the locks of black moved from his face, his eyes opening to look at his opponent. Nothing special stood out from him, nothing notable but a stance and an misshapen face.

On his back was his blade,Wind sheer, although the chances of him using that were slim to none. His eyes took on the 3 tomoe sharingan state as he yawned and sat his arms into a folded position. Although he was wearing a cloak, underneath it housed a crimson red chest plate and one shoulder plate on his right side. Now all that remained was for his opponent to move or else he was going to simply stand there.

Vox sized the other man up. He had long hair, occasionally blowing into his face, but it looked like he had a sharingan too. That would more than make up for any loss of visibility from the hair. There was a sword slung on his back, and any other weapons he might have had were concealed under a cloak. Could be a fashion statement, or he could be packing all kinds of tricks under there. It was impossible to tell at this point.

The Keukage moved in closer, keeping an eye on his opponent. The man hadn't taken a stance yet. That was the sort of confidence that bordered on stupidity. Maybe those eyes of his made him arrogant. Vox got within a few paces before he spoke. "Do you wanna start the festivities or should I?" So far, there was no indication of what this guy's fighting style was. He'd have to play it by ear.

The wind picked up slightly as Kyzuro simply stood there and looked at the man walking closer to him, probably sizing him up or getting a good feel of him. Noticing the stance, his eyes were watching his movements with care although in the event that he would attack, he would knock it slightly off course. As he continued to stand there with his arms crossed he would think to himself of the potential moves and counters he could use, although he would often resort to just using his primary source of attack to do what he needed to.

Snapping out of his trance he would hear the words of the man and smile, finally wanting to speak," The first move was already the moment you stepped into this arena, however you could not pick up on it before it happened," smiling as a large gust of wind would shoot from behind him, its high velocity blowing Vox back ten meters. Around Kyzuro the wind would begin to pick up as he held two fingers up, his wind manipulation already in play.

The Keukage planted his feet and they let off a faint hum as they anchored to the ground, leaving trenches in the arena floor. The blast of wind pushed him back a few feet, but not nearly as much as it would have been otherwise. So he's a wind type. Not using hand signs, must be some sort of sustained jutsu. He dusted himself off, considering his options. That wind was going to slow him down a bit, but he could compensate. "Son, I think you got yourself a bad match here. That would probably be real impressive if it weren't for but one thing." He grinned. "You're fighting one of the four kage."

Chunks of cracked stone flew up around his feet as he charged. His movements were fast, too fast for even a jounin to be able to follow without doujutsu. But he was up against the Sharingan, he'd need all that speed and more. Vox wondered if he'd need to use his full speed here. Wordlessly, he launched into a spinning back kick, cracking the floor again as he pushed off.

Jutsu used:

Kyzuro smiled as he made two hand seals and looked at the man," Son? Bad match? You being a kage has no meaning here, your just like any other man i have fought before. Your a shadow huh, well i am the Divine Wind God," chuckling as he watched the man's moves with precision. He would smile as he waited until the kick was at its apex, moving towards his body. With one movement his body would disappear as a gale of wind kicked up where he was once standing. His body would then appear 10 meters behind him as he smiled, completing the fourth hand seal and clapped his hands.

Taking a deep breath he would soon release it, the breathe of air turning into a great torrent of wind that would spread out like a large wave. His attack was not yet through as he made three more hand seals, taking a quick breathe as he released a giant fireball from his mouth. Due to the wind already in motion, the fire would only grow bigger as it was propelled at the Kage rapidly while the wind continued to come at him. The combination of wind and fire was deadly, but if he was a Kage he would be able to dodge.

Vox chuckled. He'd fought self-proclaimed gods before, it was always fun to deflate that sort of arrogance. "Never really been a believer" He was impressed that the kid had managed to dodge. He turned back towards him, taking a stance again. This one was fast. Not as fast as Vox, but that Sharingan was allowing him to stay a step ahead.

Vox considered just standing and tanking the wind blast. It was a more concussive type, he could handle that well enough. When it burst into flames, he changed his mind. The Keukage darted to the side, angling around the blast. He could feel the heat as it went roaring past him, slamming into the arena wall a ways off. Vox charged again, ready to change direction if another attack came his way. If the Keukage got in reach of the other man, he was prepared to rush and tackle him. For once, he wasn't going to hold back in this attack. He was going to drop the wind god on his head and drop him hard. If this got him, it would probably leave him with a concussion and maybe even nerve damage.
