Looks Description:She normally wears the standard white robes that signify her rank as a Kage. She now normally leaves it out of the pony tail she used to wear, letting it hang down to the small of her back. Personalily Information Personality Description: Shiro is a calm calculating, and never does anything with out a reason to. Many wonder about the odd things she does only to realize how logical the move was to begin with. She compassionate to a point. She understand that shinobi are humans and that a person as feelings, but damn it they are not allowed to inter fear with the mission. She had been know to kill a family with no mercy, then take tenderer care to bury the innocent or find a child she orphaned a home. Her ability to kill her heart for the sake of a mission has made her inept in interpreting romantic intentions toward her. She is equally lost on how to be romantic and charming. She has only known the way of the Shinobi. She is a workaholic and will put off her personal needs for the sake of a mission. It was because of this tendency she was made ANBU Captain. Rank: A Special Abilities: It is a Multi Action Dust Rapierm(MADR) that acts as a focus for Shiro's Chakra. Myrtenaster is standard-sized for a rapier and primarily gray in color. The hilt forms 4 prongs that act as a guard around the revolver's chamber-like mechanism in place of the usual basket hilt. Shiro controls this mechanism with her hands, and can change the modes freely. There are 6 modes in total, all of which affects Myrtenaster's combat abilities. They are Red, Light Blue, Violet, White, Yellow, Blue. White - Shiro's main form which she uses at the beginning and end of a battle. At its full potential, it is able to deliver a finisher attack, in which the weapon glows with seals imbued on the blade, and possibly turns enemies into ice shards when defeated. Yellow - Seems to enhance her agility, or increases attack power similar to violet. (It works like body flicker, but allows her to do it repeatedly [5] in quick sucession till she has to switch mode.) Blue - Appears to make a repulsion seal as well as the ability to bind the opponent. (Spontaneously allows her to release her Ice Chakra to bind her opponent temporarily.) Red - Renders the Myrtenaster immobile, except by its wielder, enabling it to effortlessly deflect massive blows. (If the other weapon is an A rank or higher the other blow goes through wins. Doesn't defect justu, just bladed attacks.) Light Blue - Conjures a wave of ice. Can also shoot out projecticles which can bind a target. (Channeling of ice chakra into blade and releasing it [thee strokes] then she switches.) Violet - Increases attack power for a split second, dealing high damage with a slash attack. (Her attack power increase and can over come an attack by another A rank or draw with an S rank weapon. [3] attacks.) To use the other modes of Myrtenaster repeatedly requires great amounts of chakra (B rank for each shift of a mode) and great fetes of Chakra control. Description: This is the Kōrinohonō most signature jutsu. This technique uses concentrated chakra as the base of the flame, giving it its form. IN the beginning phases, only the claws can be made(C rank). Once the next form is obtained, the user can make the ton-fa and gaunlets as well as cover their feet in the flames( B rank-A rank). Jutsu Prerequisites: One Handed Tiger (Irony), and Ice Release
Description: The abominable and tremendous ability, passed down only within the Yuki clan. It is a technique wrapped up in many mysteries. It was said that no method in existence can defeat this technique. In an instant, multiple mirrors of ice are created around the enemy, reflecting nothing but Shiro. The opponent is trapped in a dome of twenty-one floating mirrors made out of ice. Twelve remain at ground level, eight float above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Once Shiro has entered the mirrors, it's possible for her to move between the mirrors at the speed of light. It's near impossible to follow attacks sent out from this incredible movement. As every mirror shows her reflection, one could say it's impossible to see all of Shiro's attacks. Even if the opponent tries to attack the real body, Shiro will have already moved to another mirror. Without eyes like the Sharingan, it will be impossible to keep track of her.
If the mirror Shiro is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Shiro's movement becomes progressively slower the longer she maintains the mirrors.
Shiro can also form individual mirrors, not restricted to the twenty-one-mirror formation. She can create them high in the sky allowing her to take out airborne targets. The cold which emanates from the mirrors is also enough to cause snow to fall. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to Fire Release techniques.

Description: Shiro freezes the water on the ground into a smooth flat surface, as well as her victim's feet to the ground before forming six mirrors that reflect her image. She can quickly skate in an out of them faster and faster slashing at her victim as she passes. It goes on for three posts severally injuring anyone caught in it, it is often a finishing attack. Description: A technique that creates a massive tidal wave of water in all directions. This jutsu requires a an immense amount of chakra since it basically reforms the terrain and can create a whole lake.
Suiton:Kaunta Rensu(Water Release:Counter lens) -
This jutsu summons a lens-shaped watershield in front of the user as a last moment
counter for jutsu, the lens cancels most jutsus by absorbing and dispersing whatever
chakra comes incontact with it, once the lens dispels it joins the dispersed chakra
turning into mist which can later be used in jutsus, meaning the jutsu that was meant to hit the user will instead be used against the foe, at a later time.

Effect: Creates a large dragon from water which has almost bunshin like intelligence allowing it to track down and target the opponent.
Description: A technique which is a higher level water skill, creating a dragon made out of water. This technique is more effective when there is a large body of water around, and can reveal incredible destructive damage. The dragon also has a partial consciousness to track the opponent.

Description: The user blends in with water to be undetected by the enemy, similar to the Earth Release: Hiding in Rock Technique. It was shown that this technique is usable even in water as shallow as a puddle, as seen when the Demon Brothers used it to ambush Tazuna and his bodyguards. In the anime, a member of the Nokizaru Group also employed this technique during a mission to retrieve a scroll from Kumogakure shinobi. While leaving concealment, water simply appeared on the floor and rose up, revealing the user.

Description: Using this technique, Shiro gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. She then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. Shiro is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing her to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.

Description: This displacement technique is a speciality of the ninja from Umigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The user's chakra causes the body to solidify and take on the appearance of the creator, as well as any items they have. These clones are easily disrupted, any great impacts causing their structure to break down. They are, however, able to use jutsus, and may be manipulated from a distance. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.

Effects: Trapping enemies within an orb of water, the Water Prision Technique is a useful move which when performed correctly can take an opponent out of the battlefield. An enemy will first move close to an enemy before summoning water which will surround an opponent, a sphere of liquid surrounding them before solidifying. This hardened ball will trap a foe within and prevent them from escaping. Because of it's small confines and lack of air within, breaking free is a difficult venture, with only more dramatic methods capable of working. The Suirou jutsu requires the user to maintain contact with the sphere of water, or it will break apart and free the user within.

Effects: Suishouha is a move that allows one mastery over the water, that controls every inch of H20 surrounding the user, be it in liquid or gas form, and forms it into a series of grand waves. This lashing barrage of merciless waves will continue to pound down on an opponent, the user able to redraw any liquid used by the technique and form it again into an attack. Because of this, this technique can be used indefinitely as long as the Shinobi has chakra to spare. The more water present, the greater the strength of the jutsu.

History and RP Sample HistoryShiro is not a prodigy but nor was she average. As a child she was drive to out do her older sister, constantly trying get out of her shadow. This strove her to excel in the academy. Despite graduating at the top of her class her driven nature stayed with her as she became a genin, and a chunin. When she passed her Jonin exam with flying colors she felt no joy because soon after news came of her sister death. Having died on a mission in the land of lightning. She was quickly ushered home where she was trained in her clan scared jutsu. When all was said and done her temper was cold much like the blue flames. Ice was not passionate, it did not burn for revenge, but if she ever did cross a lightning ninja, they would not be walking away. With her sister's passing and her training complete Shiro through herself into her final right of passage building her own weapon. With careful hands she worked on the sword for over a year. On her twentieth birthday it was finished, Myrtenaster. It was as versatile as she was. From there after that she moved to master fighting with the elegant tool; compared to building it learning to wield it was a simple task. Three years after completing Myrtenaster, Shiro was called to the office of the Kage and offered a position in ANBU. Which she readily accepted. two after that she rose to the rank of captain. It was about this time it came to her attention Kuroi her younger cousin. With her being in ANBU she had heard little from her clan only that something had happened in the main house. Later she found out and took to caring and training Kuroi when she could. It was to the surprise of many, and Shiro, when the old Kage stepped down naming Shiro his successor. After years in ABNU Shiro retired her mask taking up the mantle of shadow ready to serve her village in a new role. RP SampleShiro formed the icy sculpture in the middle of her circle or mirrors. With a flick of her wrist Myrtenaster glowed violet before she skated off into the fist mirror emerging from another slashing out at the ice block as she passed before disappearing into another. Once more she appeared out of another mirror this time going fast leaving another slash then another as she skated backwards. Quickly her speed became so much that she was a white blur. She emerged suddenly in front of the remaining ice poising her strike and ran her blade through he ice shattering it. With one hand sign she dispersed her mirrors and the ice beneath her feet. Replacing Myrtenaster at her hip she stepped out of the puddle and walked toward the inner part of the city. Shiro sighed and smiled slightly seeing the children pause and stare at the "The Pretty White Lady". She paused when a small girl came up to her holding a flower. "Thank you, dear," Shiro slipped the white daisy in her hair before kissing the girl cheek making the child blush. The girl looked up at her a moment running off holding her hand to where Shiro had kissed her wanting to hold it there forever. The rest of the children followed after asking all sorts of questions. Shiro sighed before body flickering toward ANBU headquarters wondering if there was a mission ready for her. Description: Shiro freezes the water on the ground into a smooth flat surface, as well as her victim's feet to the ground before forming six mirrors that reflect her image. She can quickly skate in an out of them faster and faster slashing at her victim as she passes. It goes on for three posts severally injuring anyone caught in it, it is often a finishing attack. Requires S rank fire justu or pure fire to melt the ice.
I think this should be one more rank higher because it's faster and such.
